Resolución SBP-2022-07128.
Reconocer los efectos, para lo que corresponda, de la fusión en el extranjero entre BANESCO HOLDING LATINOAMÉRICA S.A. y BANESCO HOLDING FINANCIERO S.L., en donde BANESCO HOLDING LATINOAMÉRICA S.A. será la sociedad sobreviviente, conforme los términos y condiciones establecidos en la transacción planteada, que produce como consecuencia un cambio de la propietaria directa de BANESCO (PANAMÁ), S.A.

Reconocer los efectos del traspaso del 100% de las acciones emitidas y en circulación de Capital Bank, Inc. y subsidiarias, a favor de Mercantil Capital, S.A. autorizado mediante Resolución SBP-2022-05999 de 31 de octubre de 2022, para las operaciones fiduciarias de Capital Trust & Finance, INC.
