To authorize GRUPO CIBEST, S.A. to transfer 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of BANISTMO S.A. to BANCO LA HIPOTECARIA, S.A., thereby effecting a change of control of BANISTMO S.A. and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the proposed transaction.

To extend the effects of the authorization granted to, GRUPO CIBEST, S.A. to transfer 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of BANISTMO, S.A. to BANCO LA HIPOTECARIA, S.A., pursuant to Resolution SBP-BAN-R-2026-00378 of June 15, 2026 for the purposes of the fiduciary operations of BANISTMO, S.A.

To authorize CONFEDERACIÓN LATINOAMERICANA DE COOPERATIVAS DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO, R.L. (COLAC) to replace its current Liquidator with Mr. Cristian Gabriel Navarro Fidalgo, effective June 1, 2026.

To authorize BAC INTERNATIONAL BANK, INC. to relocate its Transístmica Branch, currently located at Transístmica, Simón Bolívar Avenue, 64th West Street, Panama City, Panama Province, to its new premises located at Transístmica, Simón Bolívar Avenue, between 63rd and 64th West Streets, Panama City, Province of Panama.

To authorize BAC INTERNATIONAL BANK, INC. to relocate the David Plaza Royal, Chitré, and Penonomé branches to their new locations, as described above.

To Authorize MULTIBANK, INC. to close, effective June 5, 2026, the following branches: David, Chitré, and Penonomé, located in the places described above.

Dejar sin efecto la Resolución FID N.º 02-2002 de 12 de marzo de 2002 emitida por esta Superintendencia de Bancos, por medio de la cual se otorgó Licencia Fiduciaria a favor de OVERSEAS MANAGEMENT TRUST SERVICES INC. y cancélese dicha Licencia Fiduciaria.
