Welcome to the Bank Customer Service Portal of the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, where you may find information on the main banking products and services (loans, credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, online banking), as well as the banking laws and regulations related to banking clients and consumers and their rights.

Through this portal, the client will be able to make inquiries and file complaints online, follow-up on the complaints lodged, and submit evidence.
