Superintendency of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama Appoints its Representative to the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Banks

The Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama has approved the appointment of Mr. Fernando Sucre Míguez as its representative on the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Banks of Panama.

Mr. Sucre’s appointment was approved by Resolution No. JD-007, dated 21st March 2024, for a two-year term beginning on 23rd March 2024.

The appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama to serve as its representative on the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Banks is based on Article 8 of the Consolidated Text of Law 9, dated 26th February 1998.
