The Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP) delivered an academic lecture to 20 students from the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo—Peru, who were visiting Panama as part of an international training program organized by the School of Business, Logistics, and Tourism at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA).
The presentation was given by Delia Cuan, the SBP’s Manager of Financial Analysis and Statistics, on August 4, 2025, in the Luis Pabón Hall of Building E, at the school. The talk was entitled “Panama as a Financial Center,” offering students a comprehensive perspective on the strategic role Panama plays in the regional financial landscape.
Through this participation, the SBP reaffirmed its commitment to continuing education, transparency, and the international projection of the International Banking Center (CBI) highlighting its impact in the global economy.
