Below you will find the pecuniary sanctions of more than B/.5,000.00 imposed by the Superintendency in accordance with the Banking Law and the Law for the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism. The sanctions listed below reflect concluded administrative proceedings whose decisions have already been executed.

It is worth clarifying that any sanction imposed on a bank is made for remedial purposes and the posting of this information is made as a deterrent. Consequently, the posting of a sanction imposed on any bank due to administrative breaches does not represent an adverse opinion of that bank.
